A Community Gathering Place

Sparx Café began in 2014 as a humble BBQ take-out stall on Shaw Boulevard — a small counter with big flavor. What started as a passion project for grilled skewers and comfort food quickly caught fire, earning a loyal neighborhood following through word of mouth and genuine love for Filipino cooking.

Over the next decade, Sparx grew into a full-service restaurant in Project 8, Quezon City, becoming a go-to destination for families, barkadas, and students who needed a warm, welcoming place to share a meal. Whether it was the sizzling pork sisig, the creamy carbonara, or the classic isaw and BBQ skewers, every visit felt like coming home.

In 2024, Sparx underwent a major transformation — rebranding as Sparx Café with a beautiful new space at 5 Shorthorn Street. Brighter, bigger, and more photo-worthy than ever, the new Sparx blends its BBQ heritage with café culture: desserts, coffee drinks, private function rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to stay as long as you like.
